Donna Kay Symonds (Haldeman), 65, of Sullivan passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021 in Fenton.

Donna, daughter of Fred Haldeman and Carolyn (Cooper) was born June 23, 1955 in Granite City, IL.

Donna started her education at Granite City High School and graduated class of 1973. She went on to Mineral Area College where she earned two Bachelor's Degrees. She worked in administration for the state of Missouri for over sixteen years.

Donna was preceded in death by her father, Fred Haldeman; her son, Frederick "Charles" Haldeman and one brother, Daryl Haldeman.

She is survived by one son, Larry Symonds of Piedmont; one daughter, Sene McFarland of Florida; mother, Carolyn McFarland of Sullivan; four siblings, David Haldeman and wife Karen of North Carolina, Debra Haldeman of Sullivan, Darla Whited of Fulton and William McFarland of Florida; five grandchildren, Jessica, Charles, Justice, Megan and Brandy; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
