Donald E. Mundschenk, 59, of Villa Ridge, passed away Monday, December 23, 2019 at his home.

On August 19, 1960 in St. Louis, Donald was born to the union of Donald Mundschenk and Patricia (Johnson).

Donald served his country and was a veteran of the United States Army.

On September 20, 1986 in Berkeley, Missouri Donald was united in marriage to Mary (Overstreet).

Donald earned a bachelor's degree through UMSL in 2002.

He worked as a manager at CarX in Maryland Heights.

Donald loved adrenaline packed activities such as skydiving, snow skiing and riding motorcycles. He was also a car enthusiast and enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. Most of all Donald loved his family.

Donald was preceded in death by his father, Donald Mundschenk.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Mundschenk of Villa Ridge; three sons, Walter Laturno and wife Liza Joy of New Jersey, Jeffery Mundschenk and significant other Nicki of St. Louis and Joshua Mundschenk and fiancé Laura Gibbons of Villa Ridge; one daughter, Bridget Holmes and husband Thomas of Nebraska; his mother, Patricia Rosenbaum and husband Ed of Fenton; one brother, Rick Mundschenk of Georgia; two step-brothers, Joe Rosenbaum and wife Stacey of Fenton and Eddy Rosenbaum of Fenton; one sister, Gail Simburger and husband Larry of Seattle, WA; two step-sisters, Ruth Koehr and husband Dan of Fenton and Michelle Sneed of Wisconsin; three grandchildren, Vaughn, Erin and Paul; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
