Donald C. Huether, 79, of Gerald passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019 in Creve Coeur.

Donald, son of Arnold Huether and wife Edna (Bartel) was born October 27, 1939 in Washington.

On June 20, 1964 he was united in marriage to Mary Tedder in Rosebud.

He served his country in the United States Army receiving an honorable discharge.

Donald became a strong supporter of the local Boy Scouts helping with many fundraiser events.

He was employed at Chrysler in Fenton until his retirement after many years of service.

Donald was a long-time member of Grace Family Church in Union.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Edna Huether; one brother, Jimmy Huether and one sister, Joyce Schaefferkoetter.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Huether of Gerald; three children, Lori Adams and fiancé Roger Stewart of Owensville, Arnold Huether of Pacific and Brenda Huether of Tulsa, OK; six grandchildren, Steven Adams Jr. and wife Jamie of Gerald, Kristen Echols and husband Cody of Owensville, Terry Adams of St. Clair, Jessica Hart and husband Obrian of Bluffs, IL, Harley Huether of Bluffs, IL and Jillian Huether of Richmond, VA; ten great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to Grace Family Church, Union are preferred.
