Don Blair of Union, MO was born November 22, 1950, in Springfield, Ohio; the son of Kenneth Blair and his wife Mary (Jackson). He passed away July 25, 2025 in Union, MO at the age of 74 years. He was united in marriage to Debbie Pracchia in St. Clair, MO on May 4, 1975

He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Mary Blair, along with his siblings, Kay Weigel and Ed Jurkat.

Don is survived by his wife of 50 years, Debbie Blair; his father and mother in law, Charles and Viola Pracchia; daughter Christy Perry and husband Tom; grandchildren River Winans and Michael Winans; siblings Anna Blair and Margie Dembski; brothers and sisters in law: Steven Pracchia (Linda), Thomas Pracchia, Michael Pracchia, Matthew Pracchia, Cheryl Jurkat; other relatives and many friends.

Don had a long career as a tool and die maker in Dayton, OH. He was a loving and caring man to his family and friends. He had the best smile. He also enjoyed working on cars and was always ready and willing to help others in this regard. His love of Honda's was well known, and his two grandchildren have continued in that tradition.

In the past sixteen months, Don was wonderfully cared for by Sunset Nursing Center and everyone there became a second family to him and his wife. We also were grateful for the help from Breeze Hospice the last six months.

He was a believer in Christ and was blessed in hearing the Gospel preached at Come As You Are Fellowship in Union City, OH
