Dixie Dalton of St. Clair, MO was born September 17, 1939, in Clayton, MO; the daughter of Leonard Grenn and his wife, Helen (McDaniel). Dixie passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the age of 85 years.

Dixie received her education from Eureka High School and was united in marriage to Glen Dalton on December 8, 1956.  In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting, going to the casino, and cooking.  She cherished the time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Dixie was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Dalton; her parents, Leonard and Helen Grenn; one son, Michael Dalton; and two siblings: Bebe Goodwin and David Grenn.

She is survived by three children: Linda Weber and husband Jim of Eureka, Brenda Hanneken of Villa Ridge, and Mark Dalton and wife Lynda of Sullivan; seven grandchildren: Becky (Derrick) Dauster, Jacob (Sarah) Conway, Buck (Chelsey) Conway, Jodi (Ken) Hall, Brian (Lexi) Weber, Dalton (Kirm) Conway, and Amanda Dalton; thirteen great-grandchildren: Dakota, Waylon, McKenna, Sawyer, Quinn, Monroe, Kasen, Kruz, Korbyn, Knox, Sophia, Collin, and Bray; and many other relatives and friends.
