Dennis "Denny" Rickey of Villa Ridge, MO was born February 18, 1952 in St. Louis, MO; the son of Raymond Rickey and his wife, Edith (Kindle).  Denny passed away Monday, March 11, 2024 at the age of 72 years.

Denny received his education from Affton High School, graduating with the class of 1970, before receiving his certification in electronics from Rankin Technical College. He was united in marriage to Kathy (Kessling) on October 20, 1973 in Affton and three children blessed their union. Denny loved his farm, playing the guitar, boating, and fishing.  The time he cherished most was the time spent with his family and friends, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Denny was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Edith Rickey.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Rickey of Villa Ridge; three children: Matthew Rickey and wife Rhoda, Jonathan Rickey and wife Stephanie, and Kathryn Milberg and husband August, all of Villa Ridge; nine grandchildren: Gus Rickey, Lily Rickey, Henry Rickey, Riley Milberg, Brayden Milberg, Eli Milberg, Morgan Rickey, Molly Rickey, and Kaelynn Rickey; one brother-in-law, Jerry Ligon and wife Kathleen of Aubrey, TX; one niece, Lisa Ligon and wife Kelsey of Krum, TX; and many other relatives and friends.
