Dennis H. Matchell, 69, of Villa Ridge, passed away Monday, March 29, 2021 in Fenton.

On March 18, 1952 Dennis was born to the union of Sterling Matchell and Dollie (Gibson) in St. Louis, Missouri.

He received his education from Pacific High School.

Dennis was united in marriage July 21, 1979 to Linda (Nelson).

He loved fishing, wood carving and working on old tractors. He also enjoyed gardening. Dennis like watching old T.V. programs especially "The Three Stooges". Most of all Dennis loved his family and was always looking forward to family time.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Sterling and Dollie Matchell; sister, Lola Haley; daughter, Rena Wilmsmeyer; grandson, Matthew Pruessner; Son-in-law, Allen Coffman.

He is survived by his wife Linda Matchell of Villa Ridge, daughter, Robin Coffman of Eldon; two sons, Allen Matchell and wife Christy of Eldon and Nathan Matchell and wife Laura of Union; two sisters, Loretta Bennett and husband Dennis of Catawissa and Sharon Guenzler and husband Roger of Catawissa; brother, Wayne Matchell of Labadie; Son-In-Law, Jimmy Wilmsmeyer of Eldon; fifteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
