Debra “Lou” Dell, 61, of St. Clair, Missouri, passed away on October 31, 2026. Born on March 8, 1965, in Washington, Missouri, Lou will be remembered for the love she had for her family and the simple joys that made life special.

Lou cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren. Whether listening to music, taking a walk, or searching for rocks, she found happiness in life’s everyday moments. Her family was especially important to her, and the memories they shared will remain close to their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Hawkins; and her son, Kevin Sohn.

Lou is survived by her daughters, Heather Sohn of Arnold and Amber Sohn of St. Clair; her grandchildren, Aubree Brady, and Logan Sohn; her brother, Mike (Sandy) Hawkins of St. Clair; and her sisters, Rose Lucas of Owensville, Marilyn (Kendall) Berger of Union, Brenda (Bob) Johnson of Stanton, Kay (Greg) Parker of St. Clair, Trease Downy of St. Clair, and Linda Boyer of St. Clair. She will also be lovingly remembered by extended family and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at Midlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m.
