Deanna J. Krekel (Dupas), 79, of Union passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at her home.

Deanna, daughter of Floyd Dupas and wife Elsie (Capps) was born August 26, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York.

On May 30, 1958 she was united in marriage to Gary Krekel in Union.

Deanna was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Elsie Dupas and her husband, Gary Krekel.

She is survived by four children, Kim Krekel of Union, Beth Downey and husband Denis III of Blue Springs, Toni Phelps and husband Mike of Union and Greg Krekel of Union; one sister, Carol Black and husband Wayne of St. Louis; one brother-in-law, Dale Krekel of Union; five grandchildren, Kasey Krekel, Cody Phelps and wife Taylor, Dakota Downey, Denis Downey IV, and Lexi Phelps; one great-granddaughter, Emma Krekel; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to Union Food Pantry 115 w. Locust St, Union, MO 63084 are preferred.
