Dawnise "DC" Rae Machelett nee Satterfield, 62, of Union passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at her home.

Mrs. Machelett daughter of Wray Satterfield and wife Mary Ellen nee Williams was born June 16, 1955 in Rolla.

On April 7, 1973 she was united in marriage to Carl Machelett in Union.

Mrs. Machelett was preceded in death by her parents, Wray and Mary Ellen Satterfield and an infant brother, Steven Satterfield.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Machelett Sr. of Union; three children, Carl Machelett Jr. and wife Brenda of St. Clair, Jason Machelett and wife Christina of Beaufort and Kaylee Machelett of Union; three sisters, Ellen O'Brien of Union, Cherie Machelett and husband Jim of Union and Kelly Haley of St. Louis; six grandchildren, Noah, Hannah, Macey, Ellis, Darren, and Bryson; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
