Daria Alane Mense nee Flentke, 56 of Washington passed away Saturday, September 19, 2015 at her home. Daria, daughter of the late Richard Flentke and Virginia nee Carlisle was born February 16, 1959 in Evansville, Indiana. She received her education at Washington High School and went on to work as a Certified Nurse's Assistant and Care Giver. She had an excellent talent for crocheting. She won many ribbons at the Franklin County Fair for her work. Daria was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Flentke and Virginia Vitzdamm and her brother, Daniel Flentke. She is survived by her son, Ryan Mense and wife Lisa of Union; one brother, Chris Flentke and wife Joyce of Washington; two sisters, Carol Senn and husband Jack of St. Peters and Melissa Gill of St. Peters; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins other relatives and many friends.
