Dale L. Oberg of New Haven, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at the age of 70 years. He was born June 28, 1955, in Washington, Missouri; the son of Oliver G. Oberg and Viola (Starke) Hollandsworth.

Dale received his education from Hermann High School, graduating with the class of 1973.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver Oberg and Viola Hollandsworth; and one brother, Oliver Oberg, Jr.

He is survived by two daughters, Tracy Langewisch and husband Travis, of Warrensburg, and Trisha Oberg, of Bonne Terre; two siblings, Mark Oberg and significant other, Christine Calvert, of Higginsville, and Janet Skinner and husband Steve, of Pittsfield, Illinois; seven grandchildren, David Meyer, Jonathan Meyer, Elizabeth Young, Caleb Young, Michala (A.J.) Johnson, Trenton Langewisch, and Gavin Langewisch; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorials in honor of Dale Oberg can be made to the Franklin County Humane Society.
