Dale Henderson, 70 of Union passed away Friday, June 13, 2014 at his home. Mr. Henderson, son of the late Harland Henderson and wife Helen nee Thompson was born December 29, 1943 in Kansas City, Missouri. Dale was a Western Movie buff and enjoyed reading books based on Western Movies and Science Fiction. In his spare time you could find Dale at the "Boat" and spending time with family and friends, especially his best friend and brother, Darrell. Dale had a generous and kind spirit and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harland and Helen Henderson and an infant son, Eric Henderson. Mr. Henderson is survived by three daughters, Daleena Nichols and husband Mike of Leesville, Louisianna, Bylinda Lynch of Springfield, MO and Debra Halleron of Witness, England; three brothers, Don Henderson of South Carolina, David Henderson of Fulton and Darrell Henderson and wife Sherry of Union; ten grandchildren, Tabitha Kemp, Michael Kemp, Kaleigh Cox, Kacandra Givens, Lydia Holtom, Heath Holtom, Brandi Holtom, Joya Maness, Shannon Maness and Paul Halleron; one great-granddaughter, Kara Kasler; other relatives and many friends.
