Christina Marie
Jackson
Jan 22, 1970 — May 11, 2026
Christina Marie (Young) Jackson peacefully passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the age of 56.
She was born on January 22, 1970, in Carthage, Missouri, to Robert and Diane (Kinslow) Young. Christi was the oldest of four children and carried that role with strength, love, and devotion throughout her life.
Christi followed her passion by attending culinary school, becoming a certified chef. Later in life, she returned to college and achieved her goal of becoming a paramedic. She was a driven and passionate individual who deeply loved her family and friends—there was nothing she wouldn’t do for those she cared about.
She had an incredible gift for making people feel seen, valued, and loved. Christi was always there—no matter the time or circumstance. Her vivacious spirit was the glue that held her family together. She brought a vibrant, zesty energy to every family gathering, filling each moment with laughter, warmth, and love. Through it all, she brought strength, compassion, and joy into the lives of everyone around her.
Even after suffering a stroke at the age of 50 that left her paralyzed on her right side, Christi remained determined to live life to the fullest. She never gave up. With resilience and courage, she taught herself to use her left hand and continued to pursue her passion for art, creating many beautiful drawings. She was also an author, having written two children’s books and a short story. Truly, there was nothing she couldn’t do. Christi shared almost 30 years of marriage with her husband, Walter Noble. Together, they built a strong and loving blended family that included children, grandchildren, and extended loved ones.
She is survived by her husband, Walter Noble; her parents, Robert and Diane (Kinslow) Young; her sisters, Rhonda Moore (Kevin Pickard) and Kimberly Peterson; and her children, Paige Young and Kenny Young (Nikki Hunter) and bonus daughter Shavey Ingram, she was a proud and loving Nana to six grandchildren: Kenny Jr., Brycen, Mariah, Preslee, Jeffrey Jr., and Chloe. She was also a devoted aunt to Djuan, Derrick Jr., Keyerra, Keyanna, Kevin Jr., Kylie, Kyrren, and Makhai, and a cherished great-aunt to Kingston, Ky’Oun, Ka’Omi, Keelen, and Brandon.
She was preceded in death by her son, Anthony Scott Michael Young, and her brother, Robbie Young Jr.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
