Cheacketa LeAnn Rice, 24 of St. Clair passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 at her home. Ms. Rice, daughter of Robert Logan Rice and Glenda Marie Shoults was born August 2, 1991 in Sullivan. Ms. Rice was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Cheacketa Rice and Leana and Roy Shoults. She is survived by her two daughters, Nevaeh Rice and Trinity Rice; her father, Robert Rice and wife Jeanie of St. Clair; her mother, Glenda Shoults of St. Clair; one sister, Heather Wilken and husband Eric Sr. of St. Clair; step-brothers, William Fitzpatrick and wife Susan of Washington and David Fitzpatrick of St. Louis; nephew, Eric Wilken Jr.; niece, Marissa Wilken; aunts; uncles; other relatives and many friends.
