Cheacketa "Tee" Rice nee Jones, 63, of St. Clair passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2008 in Sullivan, Missouri.

Mrs. Rice, daughter of the late Daniel Jones and wife Myrtle nee Gray was born April 4, 1945 in St. Clair, Missouri.

On May 18, 1963 she was united in marriage to Robert Rice in Union.

Mrs. Rice was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Texas Jones and Daniel Jones; two sisters, Cherry Jones and Annie Rice.

She is survived by her husband Robert Rice of St. Clair; three sons, Robert Rice and fiancé Jeannie Eckstein of Union, Paul Rice and wife Dawn of St. Clair and Glen Rice of St. Clair; one brother, Martin Jones of St. Clair; three sisters, Mary Oswalt of St. Clair, Pauline Taylor and special friend Don Elkins of St. Clair and April Eads and husband Kenny of Cuba; 7 grandchildren; 1 great- granddaughter; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
