Charlotte D. Glover

Charlotte D. Glover, of Union, passed away in the presence of her family on Friday, May 22, 2026, at the age of 82. She was born in St. Louis on February 27, 1944, the daughter of Charles and Ethel (Dearing) German.

She loved country and rock and roll music, with Patsy Cline and Loretta Lynn being among her favorites. Charlotte enjoyed a game of cards with her family, playing computer games, watching game shows, working on jigsaw puzzles and watching birds.

She is survived by her children, Janet Foster of Blue Springs, Kathy Foster of Union, Paul Foster of Union; grandchildren, Nicholas Foster, Desiree’ Foster, Jessica Sullivan, Drake Foster; great grandchildren, Mason, Noah, Aiden, Skyler, Lily, Gavin, Lucas, and Natalie; other relatives and many friends.
