Charles F. Mooney, 67 of St. Clair passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014 in Washington. Mr. Mooney, son of the late Harold Mooney and wife Alberta nee Johnson was born January 27, 1947 in Buffalo, New York. Mr. Mooney proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War as a Radar Technician. He was originally from Buffalo, New York until being transferred to Honey Brook, Pennsylvania in 1993. After residing in Honey Brook from 1993 to 2006 he made his home in St. Clair. Mr. Mooney was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Susan Mooney of St. Clair; one son, Shawn Mooney and wife Heather of Ohio; two step-sons, Marc Graziano and wife Kimberly of Union and David Graziano and wife Trisha of Getzville, New York; two sisters, Barbara Reisch and husband Richard of Tonawanda, New York and Faye Hubbard and husband Jim of Amherst, New York; sister-in-law, Barbara Kirkpatrick and husband Steve of Elyria, Ohio; friend of Bill W.; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
