Charles "Wesley" Lewis 20 of Washington passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2009 in Pacific.

Wesley was born May 2, 1989 in Washington, Missouri.

He received his schooling at Washington High School. Wesley's friends and family loved him very much and they will miss him deeply.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Wesley Lewis Jr. Wesley is survived by his mother, Barb Tracy and husband Rick of Washington; one brother, Ramsey Tracy of Washington; his fiancé, Rachelle Chamberlain of Washington; step-brother, Nick Tracy of Union; grandparents, Barb and Larry Rhoads of Union; step grandparents, Dick and Donna Tracy of Union; aunts; uncles; other relatives and many friends.
