Charles "Ron" Fritz, of St. Clair, Missouri, passed away Friday, January 23, 2026, at the age of 81 years. He was born February 19, 1944, to Charles Henry Fritz and his wife, Mrytle (Edna).

Ron was united in marriage to his wife, Karen (Richard) Fritz, on October 5, 1965. He had a lifelong love of nature and cherished time spent outdoors, where he especially enjoyed hunting ducks and geese and fishing, pursuits that brought him both peace and joy. His Christian faith guided his life, and his love for God, Jesus Christ, and his church was deeply important to him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Henry Fritz, and wife, Mrytle (Edna); mother and father-in-law, Wilma, and Jessie Richards; one brother, Don Richmond, and his wife, Mary; two brothers-in-law, Michael Richards, and Shane Richards; and two nephews, Eric, and Chris.

He is survived by his wife, Karen (Richard) Fritz, of St. Clair, Missouri; two sons, Brian Fritz, and his wife, Karen, of Dittmer, Missouri, and Allen Richards; many nieces and nephews; and many friends.
