Charles E. Bailey Sr., 66, of Union passed away Friday, October 30, 2020 in Washington.

Charles, son of Alvin Bailey and wife Opal (Wilham) was born August 12, 1954 in St. Louis.

Charles served his country in the United States Air Force as a weapons mechanic during the Vietnam War receiving an honorable discharge.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Opal Bailey and one sister, Linda Warren.

He is survived by his two children, Denise Chandler and husband Shane of Ocklawaha, FL and Charles E. Bailey Jr. of Washington; one brother, Ronald Bailey of Texas; two sisters, Deborah Stokes and husband Gary of St. Louis and Brinda Morrison and husband Mike of St. Louis; one granddaughter, Aneesa Bailey; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
