Charla K. Dare nee Shipley, 56, of Washington passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at her home.

Mrs. Dare, daughter of Edward Shipley and wife Veronica nee Esslinger was born December 21, 1956 in Washington, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edward "Buck" Shipley and her sister, Mary Lou Skirvin.

Mrs. Dare is survived by her son, Charles Dare and wife Leslie Buhr of Lelsie; her daughter, Amy Dare of Dover, Delaware; her mother, Veronica "Mitzi" Shipley of Washington; one brother, Mark Shipley and wife Karla of Union; four sisters, Bonnie Moore and husband Paul of Paducah, KY, Diane Isgrig and husband Clyde of Washington, Cathy Obermark and husband Val of Washington and Cheryl Horn and husband Bill of Washington; brother-in-law, Eddie Skirvin of Washington; five grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
