Carolyn M. DeClue nee Downey, 64, of Union passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 in Creve Coeur.

Mrs. DeClue, daughter of Elmer Downey and wife Maude nee Sohn was born June 25, 1953 in Franklin County.

On February 13, 1971 she was united in marriage to Rolla DeClue in St. Clair.

Mrs. DeClue was preceded in death by her sister, Paula Downey.

She is survived by her husband, Rolla DeClue Sr. of Union; one son, Rolla "Joe" DeClue and wife Tammy of Union; her parents, Elmer and Maude Downey of St. Clair; three brothers, Edward Downey and wife Donna of Lonedell, William Downey and wife Elaine of St. Clair and Ben Downey of St. Clair; three sisters, Sharon Rice and husband Tom of Cuba, Sandra Tyree of St. Clair and Tina Cannon and husband Larry of St. Clair; two grandchildren, Tosha and Paige; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
