Carol Sue (Brown) Lowe, St. Clair, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at the age of 83. She was born on May 23, 1943, in St. Clair, MO to Virgil and Bertha (Roderique) Brown.

Carol was married to Mr. Robert “Bob” Lowe before his passing on August 25, 2016.

Carol loved to go shopping with her friends. Her favorite color was red, red cars, red clothing, red fingernail polish, red home decorations to just name a few of her favorites. She also had a fondness for animals and especially enjoyed taking care of her dogs. All her life she was a faithful servant of God. She attended church as often as possible until she was no longer able to go on her own.

Mrs. Lowe is survived by her brother Claude Brown of Washington, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert “Bob” Lowe, parents Virgil Brown and Bertha (Roderique) Teuteberg, brother Junior Brown, sister-in-law Eleanor “Penny” Brown.
