Carol Sue Generally of Union, MO was born June 12, 1947 in Washington, MO; the daughter of Clyde Kelly and his wife, Winnie (Curtis).  Carol passed away Thursday, February 23, 2023 at the age of 75 years.  She was baptized and raised at Pacific Baptist Church in Pacific, MO. She graduated from Washington High School before receiving her Registered Nurse Degree from St. Luke's School and Nursing in St. Louis, and her bachelor's degree from Chamberlain University School of Nursing. Carol was employed as an RN at St. Luke's Hospital in St. Louis before moving on to Sunset Nursing Home in Union.  She then worked for the Union R-XI School District for 25+ years and was currently employed as the school nurse for Immaculate Conception School in Union. Carol was the President of the Missouri Association of School Nurses South Central Division.  She enjoyed traveling, trying her luck at the casino, reading, and eating crab legs.  She also loved dancing, music, and movie theatre popcorn.  Carol never met a stranger, and everyone quickly became a friend.  She was kind, loving, and will be greatly missed by all those that had the pleasure of meeting her.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Winnie Kelly; two brothers: Ralph Kelly and Francis McBride; one sister, Joann Kelly; and James P. Lashley Sr.

She is survived by Mat Generally and family of Greenville, SC., Denise Generally of Union, and Andy Generally and wife Sherry of Tecumseh, NE., David Williams and wife Stephanie of Jefferson City, Deanna Lashley of Villa Ridge, John Generally of St, Clair, Natalie Generally Kirk of Fayetteville, GA., and Geneva J. (Tommie) Rowe of Jefferson City; grandchildren: Garrett Dalby, Hannah Dalby, Steven Generally, Jonathan Generally, Odin Generally, Elias Generally, Philip Lashley, Kevin (Ellie) Lashley, Alle Lashley, Mercedes (Ashley) Barnhill, and Nikolas (Morgan) Williams; great-grandchildren: Stetson Mae Paxton, Stella Lashley, Willa Lashley, Clyde Lashley, and Harper L. Williams; and many other relatives and friends.
