Carol L. Aristide nee Gimmel, 60, of Union passed away January 2, 2018 in Washington.

Mrs. Aristide, daughter of the late Arnold Gimmel and wife Genevieve nee Cochran was born December 18, 1957 in Ravenna, Ohio.

On July 30th, 1977 she was united in marriage to Joseph Aristide in Ravenna, Ohio.

Carol worked as an Licensed Practical Nurse at various nursing homes, hospitals and facilities in Florida.

In her spare time Carol enjoyed playing Xbox and computer games.

Mrs. Aristide was preceded in death by her parents Arnold and Genevieve Gimmel.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Joseph Aristide of Union; two sons, Jason Aristide and wife Doreen of Villa Ridge and Benjamin Aristide and wife Christina of Villa Ridge; three brothers, David Gimmel and wife Michelle of Randolph, Ohio, Jerry Gimmel of Palm Harbor, Florida and Dennis Gimmel and wife Rosemary of High Point, North Carolina; two sisters, Shirley Roth of Edinburg, Ohio and Barbara Gimmel of Palm Harbor, Florida; five grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
