Carl Emil Door, 81, of Villa Ridge passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 in Washington.

Carl, son of Emil Door and wife Georgia (Francis) was born March 24, 1939 in Beaufort.

Carl served his country in the United States Army and was stationed in Korea and later received an honorable discharge for his service.

On July 18, 1964 he was united in marriage to Doris Myeburger at the First Baptist Church in Villa Ridge.

Carl was a long-time member of The Ridge Church in Villa Ridge.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents, Emil and Georgia Door.

He is survived by his wife, Doris Door of Villa Ridge; two sons, Robert Door and wife Regina of Beaufort and Michael Door and wife Kimberly of Villa Ridge; three brothers, Richard Door of Union, Marvin Door of Krakow and Eugene Door and wife Patricia of Beaufort; one sister, Marlene Meyer of Washington; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to Badge of Hope Ministry or Franklin County Honor Flight are preferred.
