Buddy Reynolds, aged 89 of Union, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. He was born January 16, 1935, to the union of Harry Reynolds and Ostella (nee Cline) Reynolds at the family home in Fairfield, Illinois.

Buddy proudly served his country in the United Sates Marine Corp.  After his service in the military, he was employed at the Chrysler Assembly Plant in Fenton for twenty-seven years and then went on to drive the O.A.T.S. bus for another twenty-seven years until he fully retired at the age of eighty-five.

He was a member of The Ridge Church in Leslie and he was an avid fan of both basketball and football, with the Kansas City Chiefs being his favorite team.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Ostella Reynolds.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara (nee Turner) Reynolds; one son, Mark Reynolds and wife Debbie  of Florida; one daughter, Cathy Clayton and husband Jamie of Union; two grandchildren, Christine Luebbers and Rebecca Hanna; three great-grandchildren, Caleb Hanna, Caitlyn Hanna and Vincent Luebbers; other relatives and many friends.
