Johnny Ray "Bubby" Fischer of Washington, MO was born October 6, 1963 in Columbia, MO; the son of Bill Fischer and Margaret Fischer (Comfort). Bubby passed away Monday, October 2, 2023 at the age of 59 years. He was united in marriage to Michelle Fischer (Newman) on June 1, 1985 in Union, MO and three children blessed their marriage.

Bubby enjoyed motorcycles, car and bike shows, family vacations and going out to eat with his family. He doted on his children and grandchildren, and never missed a sporting event of theirs. The time Bubby cherished most was the time spent with his family and friends, and he will be greatly missed.

Bubby was preceded in death by his parents, Bill Fischer and Margaret Fischer.
He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Michelle Fischer of Washington; one son, Johnny "Bodi" Fischer, Jr. of Leslie; two daughters: Brandi Villarreal (Fischer)and fiancé Wayne Williams of Marthasville, and Britni Hensley (Fischer) and husband Jacob of Fenton; six grandchildren: Jaylyn Villarreal, Braedyn Shouse, Jiovanni Villarreal, Essie Rae, Boone Fischer, Johnny "Baine" Ray Fischer III; two bonus grandchildren: Landon Williams and Jolene Williams; one brother, Billy Joe Fischer; one sister, Mychel Fischer; and many other relatives and friends.
