Brigitte Mennemeyer, 78, of Union, passed away, Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at her home.

Brigitte descended here from Germany and was very proud to become a U.S. citizen. She enjoyed telling her German stories. She retired from Paramount Cap Manufacturing and enjoyed spending time with her friends and especially time with her puppy Jalla.

She is preceded in death by her late husband, Leroy R. Mennemeyer; one son Jeffrey A. Schultz.

Brigitte is survived by her son, Floyd R. Schultz; one daughter, Petra Lewis; two grandchildren, Carrie Rector and Adam Rector.
