Brian Eugene Eastman, 57 of Catawissa passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015 in St. Louis after complications from Non-Alcoholic Liver Failure. Brian, son of Gerald Eastman and wife Hazel nee Jacobsen was born September 17, 1957 in Clinton, IA. On July 18, 1980 he was united in marriage to Charlene Gonz in Clinton, IA. He was employed at Intelligrated in St. Louis as a Corporate Safety Manager. Brian was a member of the Clinton Masonic Order in Clinton, IA, First Baptist Church of Villa Ridge, proud member of the NRA and local gun club. In his spare time he enjoyed horseback and motorcycle riding. He cherished all animals, especially his best friend, blood hound Brody. Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Hazel Eastman and his infant brother, Robert Henry Eastman. He is survived by his wife, Charlene Eastman of Catawissa; two daughters, Ashley Jennifer Eastman of Springfield, Missouri and Kristy Erwin of Ballwin; two granddaughters, Eva Erwin and Kiley Erwin; childhood best friends, Paul Bertrand and Jeff Strickler; extended family and numerous other close friends.
