Brenda Marie Bay (Curtis), 77 of St. Clair passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at her home.

Brenda, daughter of Carlos Curtis and wife Linda Mae (Rankin) was born February 4, 1943 in Conran, Missouri.

On July 4, 1964 she was united in marriage to Carl Bay in Times Beach, Missouri.

Brenda was a faithful member at Green Mound Baptist Church where she was the Pianist. As a Pastor's wife their travels took them across the country where they did Evangelistic work at many churches. She enjoyed singing, especially at church.

She loved her family and was always concerned with keeping them safe and happy.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Carlos and Linda Mae Curtis; three brothers, James Curtis, Hulen Curtis and Herbert Curtis and one sister, Pauline Townsend.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Bay of St. Clair; one daughter, Carla Komo and husband Daron of Union; one brother, Earl Curtis and wife Ruthie of Coweta, OK; five grandchildren, Lauren, Jennifer, Alexander, Riley and Brian; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the family are preferred.
