Bobbie Halmich nee LaMew, 59 of St. Clair passed away Saturday, February 22, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Halmich, daughter of the late Roy LaMew and wife Dorothy nee Aubuchon was born October 14, 1954 in St. Louis. On April 25, 1984 she was united in marriage to Dennis Halmich in St. Clair. She worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the Operating Engineers Local 513 out of St. Louis. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Gene Barker; one sister, Donna Weirich and her grandson Jordan Halmich. Mrs. Halmich is survived by her husband Dennis Halmich of St. Clair; one son, Kory Halmich and wife Carrissa of St. Clair; one daughter, Kelly Smith and husband Curtis of St. Clair; one brother, Brian LaMew and wife Diane of Highland, IL.; three sisters, Tammy Reed of St. Clair, Joanne LaMew and special friend Frank Sellers of Stanton and Tracy Willis and husband Brian of Granite City, Il; six grandchildren, Dakota Barker, Meghan Maddox and husband Jake, Bailey Smith, Current Smith, Austin Halmich and Kody Halmich; two great-grandchildren, Jackson Halmich and Elliaha Maddox;
