Billy Kopf, 49 of St. Clair passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015 in Columbia. Mr. Kopf, son of the late Harold Andrew Kopf and Betty Jane nee Klewis was born August 17, 1965 in St. Louis. As a hobby he loved working on cars, getting into races and hanging out with his best friend and dog Buddy. Mr. Kopf was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Betty Kopf; sister, Debbie Kopf, step-mother, Gladys Hale; step-father, Bobby Kopf; step-brother, Danny Hale; step-sister, Bonnie Hale; brother-in-law, Thomas Coxie and sister-in-law, Bev Kopf. He is survived by eight siblings, Terri Coxie of St. Clair, John Kopf and companion Wendy Key of St. Clair, Rick Kopf of St. Clair, Sherry Bossman and companion Steve Lackey of St. Clair, Karen Yarbrough and husband Bobby of Sullivan, Larry Kopf and wife Lisa of O'Fallon, MO, Robin Tyree and husband Ryan of Union and Bobby Kopf and wife Cathe of Gerald; six step-brothers and step-sisters, Sandy Harmon and husband Larry of St. Clair, Joann Hale of St. Clair, Lloyd Whited and wife Piwan of Alaska, Donald Hale and wife Bev of St. Clair, Kathy Tarble and husband Chuck of Minnesota and Kenny Hale and wife Theresa of St. Clair; friend, Janice Jones of St. Clair and special friend, Fat Robert of Potosi; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
