Obituary

Billey Ray Winters, 66, of St. Clair, Missouri, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2026.

Born on February 28, 1960, in St. Louis, Missouri, Billey was the son of the late Leon Winters and Ruby Odean (Flemings) Winters. He spent many years working at Integram, where he was known as a hardworking and dependable employee.

Billey had a love for sports and especially enjoyed cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and the Buffalo Bills. He loved spending time outdoors, making memories with his family, and taking care of his beloved dog, Koda, who was a faithful companion. Billey treasured being a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His family was the center of his life, and the time he spent making memories with them was what he cherished most.

He is lovingly survived by his former wife, Saloma Winters of St. Clair; his children, Amanda (John) Heberer of Troy, Missouri, Candace Winters of St. Louis, BJ Winters of St. Louis, Kristin Winters of St. Charles, Danali (Amanda) Winters of Wright City, Brett (Melissa) Winters of St. Clair, and Brenden (Breanna) Winters of Wright City. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Trinity (Jerome) Jeffery of Neosho, William Cooper (Angelena) of Kansas City, Candace (Phillip) Cassette of Washington, Missouri, and Kelly (Jamie Josh) Harrison of Leander, Texas; his sister, Betty Mueller of Florissant, Missouri; 29 cherished grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Billey was preceded in death by his parents, Leon Winters and Ruby Odean (Flemings) Winters; his brothers, Randy, Jerry, Donald, and Lee Winters; and his sisters, Sharon and Wanda.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 3, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Midlawn Memorial Gardens.

Billey will be remembered for his kind heart, his unwavering love for his family, and the many wonderful memories he shared with those who knew him. His legacy of love, laughter, and devotion to those he held dear will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him. He will be deeply missed.
