Billie Ray Hatcher, age 44, of Sullivan, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

Billie was born on October 22, 1982, in Bend, Oregon, to Thomas Hatcher and the late Sherry Ramsey (McClain).

On September 29, 2008, Billie was united in marriage to Michelle Schneiter in Richwoods, Missouri. Together, they shared a life filled with love, family, and treasured memories.

Billie was a hardworking man who enjoyed the simple things in life. He had a love for the outdoors and especially enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and riding motorcycles. He also enjoyed landscaping, working on cars, and spending time around the BBQ. More than anything, Billie loved his family and spending time with his friends. He had a caring heart, was always willing to lend a helping hand, and never knew a stranger. He will be remembered for his love of life, his kindness, and the many memories he leaves behind.

Billie is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Hatcher of Sullivan, MO; his son, Everett; four daughters, Lilly, Emma, Maddie, and Camille; his brothers, David Lindke of California, Brian Lindke and wife Heather of Lonedell, MO, and Jon Hatcher of Iowa; his sister, Allie Loving of Iowa; his mother-in-law, Barb (Steve) Villmer of Richwoods; his brother-in-law, James (Jess) Schneiter; Debbie (Shane) Schneiter and Stephanie Schneiter; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends. Billie was also a proud uncle of 14 and loved his dogs, Shuzzy and Baboo, and his cat, Murray.

Billie was preceded in death by his mother, Sherry Ramsey (McClain).

Billie's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

A Celebration of Life honoring Billie will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Richwoods Lions Club, 10645 State Highway A, Richwoods, Missouri 63071. Time: To Be Determined (TBD)
