Beverly "Bev" Jean Petzold Kopf nee Wilken, 56 of St. Clair passed away Monday, April 27, 2015 at her home. Mrs. Petzold, daughter of Ronald Wilken and wife Wilma nee Whitley was born March 20, 1959 in Washington, Missouri. On February 26, 2005 she was united in marriage to Richard "Rick" Kopf in St. Clair. Bev was employed at St. Clair Nursing Home for 10 plus years until she was forced to retire due to health reasons. She was an avid Indian Artifact Collector. Her collection of Indian memorabilia was never cut short including having a totem pole. Bev lived life quietly as a family oriented wife, mother and grandmother that cared deeply for her family. She loved spending time with her dog "Fugly" that held a special place in her heart. Mrs. Petzold was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Wilma Wilken; one brother, Ricky Wilken; one nephew, Dustin Downey and three nieces, Corina Wilken, Melissa Wilken and Haley Hunt. She is survived by her husband, Richard "Rick" Kopf of St. Clair; one son, Bradley Petzold and fiancé Christina Jones of Union; two step-sons, Michael Petzold of St. Clair and Donald Petzold and wife Beth of St. Clair; three brothers, Ronnie Hinson of St. Clair, Ronnie Wilken and wife Joy of St. Clair and Art "Bean" Wilken and wife Theresa of Salem; three sisters, Lisa Wright and husband Greg of St. Clair, Stacy Wilken of St. Clair and Sandy Banderman and husband David of St. Clair; four grandchildren, Brandon Jones, Breana Jones, Kendra Petzold and Ashley Petzold; four brothers-in-law, Larry Kopf and wife Lisa of St. Louis, John Kopf of St. Clair, Bill Kopf of St. Clair and Bobby Kopf and wife Cathe of Gerald; four sisters-in-law, Karen Yarbrough and husband Bobby of Richwoods, Sherry Bossman and husband Steve of St. Clair, Terri Coxie of St. Clair and Robin Tyree and husband Ryan of Union; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
