Betty Pearl (Davis) Burkett, 84, of Sullivan, passed away Wednesday, December 22 ^nd , 2021, in Sullivan.

On September 17 ^th , 1937, Betty was born to the union of Clarence "Jack" Davis and wife Violet (Robertson) in Caruthersville.

Betty attended Liberty Baptist Church in St. Clair.

She loved to read murder mysteries.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Violet Davis; two sons, Larry Wayne Burkett and Daniel Anderson Burkett; one sister, Joan Larkin.

She is survived by her children, Vickie LeBlanc and husband Terry of Sullivan, David Burkett and wife Susan of Apple Valley, CA and Ken and wife Chalayne Burkett of Greenville, MS; her former husband R. Wayne Burkett of St. Clair; one sister, Mary Glover of Sullivan; one brother, Mike Pavy and wife Elise of Rowland Heights, CA; nine grandchildren, Beth Tersillo and husband Mike, Matt Johnston, Lacey Krewson, Serena Smith and husband Anthony, Wayne Burkett and wife Lauren, Becky Burkett, Travis Burkett, Jesse Burkett and Candace Pisani and husband Joe; four great grandchildren, Hailey Tersillo, AJ Smith, Elena Smith and Fitz Burkett. She will be greatly missed by her relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held April 9, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church in St. Clair.
