Betty L. Burch lived a beautiful life for 80 years before she passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 29 ^th , 2018 after a long battle with various complications from Diabetes.

Betty and her husband of 59 years Mark A. Burch lived in Maryland Heights Mo. for the past 48 years where she raised her four children and enjoyed spending time with her friends.

She was raised in St. Louis by her parents Tom and Lucille Elder who along with her sister Patsy Evans preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband Mark, four children; Mark (Kathy) Burch, Karen Burch (Matthew Mickenberg), Matt (Layla) Burch, JoAnn (Jim) Jeffreys, eight grandchildren; Brandon, Ryan, Matt, Tasia, Taylor, Kenzie, Austin, Connor, and two great grandchildren, Braeden, Teagan, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Betty would say her most important legacy is the family she leaves behind. She adored her grandchildren and enjoyed nothing more than spending every moment she could with them. She played such an important role in all of their lives just as she did with her own children. She lived a Christian life and passed on her faith to her kids and others by her example of unconditional love and forgiveness. She loved and cared for her husband throughout her life and he was able to return the favor by being her loving caregiver when she needed it most. The love they had for each other was inspiring.

Family and friends will be gathering on February 18 ^th , 2018 from 2:00-5:00PM at the Maryland Heights Community Center to remember and celebrate Betty's life. The center is located at 2300 McKelvey Road Maryland Heights, MO 63043.
