Barbara Ellen Rouse (Lowman), 70, of Villa Ridge, Missouri formerly of Belton, Missouri passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 in Wildwood, Missouri.

Barbara, daughter of Harold and Mary Ellen Lowman was born December 5, 1950 in Muskegon, Michigan.

On April 24, 1971 she was united in marriage to Robert Rouse in Louisville, Kentucky.

In their earlier years Barbara and Robert enjoyed Bowling together.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Mary Ellen Lowman.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Rouse of Villa Ridge; two children, Jonathan Rouse and wife Payton of Belton and Jessica Rouse of Labadie; one brother, Michael Lowman of Orlando, FL; four grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kyler, Carmela and Bryndle; other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family are preferred.
