Barbara Crow nee Tidwell, 83 of Washington passed away Sunday, August 3, 2014 at St. Clair. Mrs. Crow, daughter of the late Dewitt Tidwell Sr. and wife Evelyn nee Herring and step-father Raymond Virgen, Sr. was born June 25, 1931 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. On October 5, 1946 she was united in marriage to Bill A. Crow at Marietta, California. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church, Villa Ridge and member of the Red Hat Society. Mrs. Crow was preceded in death by her parents; Dewitt Tidwell Sr. and wife Evelyn nee Herring; step-father, Raymond Virgen, Sr. her husband, Bill A. Crow, Sr.; two sons, William A. Crow, Jr. and Raymond Crow her brother, Dewitt Tidwell. She is survived by one son, James Crow of Jefferson City; one daughter, Elizabeth Crow of Oceanside, CA; one brother, Raymond Virgen and wife Charlene of Washington; two grandchildren, James R. Fisher of Maine and Erik Gerhold of Oceanside, CA; daughter of the heart, Cyndi Gerhold of Oceanside, CA; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
