Obituary

Arthur F. Wagner, 75, of Mexico, Missouri, passed away, Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Washington
Missouri.

On July 17, 1946, Art was born to the union of William Wagner and Carol (McVey) in Yuma, Arizona.

Art graduated from Yuma high school in 1964 in Yuma, Arizona.

On March 19, 1988, Art was united in marriage to Ramona (Moore) in Mexico, Missouri.

Art retired from the public works department for the city of Mexico after thirty plus years.

He had a good sense of humor. Art could hold a conversation with just about anybody. Art was also an avid fisherman.

Art was preceded in death by his father, William Wagner; mother and step-father, Carol and Dallas Hovatter; one son,
Joseph Wagner.

He is survived by his wife, Ramona Wagner of Mexico; son, Glen Wagner of Mexico; daughter, Leah Blaisdell and
significant other Bryan Pegg of Wellsville; three step-sons, Wes Wise and wife Stacey of Columbia, Jeremy Watson of
Mexico and Nick Watson and wife Abby of Mexico; ; two sisters, Heather Towler and husband Joe of New Mexico and
Carolyn Burrows and husband John of Tennessee; two grandchildren, Charles Wagner of Mexico, Michael Wagner of
Mexico; one great grandson Mateo Wagner of Mexico; seven step-grandchildren, Brittany Wise of Kansas City, Madelyn
Wise of Columbia, Hannah Wise of Columbia, Hollis and Hayslea Watson of Mexico, Adele and Sidney Watson of
Columbia; several nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to either Alzheimer's Research or National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
