Amy Marie (Crider) Hogue of St. Clair, MO was born June 21, 1980 in Washington, MO; the daughter of Gilbert Wynn Crider and his wife, Linda (Benson).  Amy passed away August 3, 2024 at the age of 44 years.

Amy was united in marriage to Daniel Hogue on June 3, 2005, but their marriage was cut short when Daniel passed away in 2008.  Amy had a fiery spirit and fearless attitude.  She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, spending most of her time outdoors and appreciating the beauty of nature.  Her love for the natural world was evident in her collection of wolves and Indian artifacts.  As a dedicated CNA, Amy was well respected and will be greatly missed by her colleagues.  Her memory will live on in her children, grandchildren, family, and many friends.

Amy was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Linda Crider; her husband, Dan Hogue; one sister, Cinthia Pridham; brother-in-law, Richard Cooksey; one niece, Samantha Cooksey; one great-niece, Allison Paige Cooksey; and one great-nephew, Logan Michael Berger.

Amy leaves behind three children: Corbin Crider and wife Taylor of Montgomery, LA, Emilie Hogue of Arnold, and Clayton Crider of Union; three brothers: Gilbert Crider, Kenneth Crider, and Kevin Crider all of St. Clair; one sister, Lori Cooksey and significant other, Kevin May of St. Clair; one grandchild, Greyson Crider and one more on the way; and many other relatives and friends.
