Amy Elizabeth Cook of St. Clair, MO was born October 9, 1986 in St. Louis, MO; the daughter of Velmon Bailey and Joyce (Parker) Lemay. Amy passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the age of 37 years.

Amy received her education from Pacific High School and was employed as a Certified Nurses Aide. She was a member of Mercy Ministries in St. Clair. She enjoyed camping and making art. Amy's true passion in life were her children, and she cherished every minute she got to spend with them.

Amy was preceded in death by one sister, Danielle Barlow.

She is survived by her parents, Joyce and Jerry Lemay of St. Clair; her three children: Herbert Carpenter, Danielle Ogle, and Serenity Ogle all of St. Clair; one brother, Dan Barlow and wife Nicole of St. Clair; one sister, Beverly Vonderstuck of Rolla; nieces and nephews: Alexis Vonderstuck, Gabe Vonderstuck, Spencer Heck, Alyssa Rash, Josh Rash, and Abby Rash; and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Amy Cook may be made to the family for funeral expenses (c/o Joyce Lemay).
