Life Legacy
Michael Hawkins Sr., 64 of Leslie passed away, Monday, April 23, 2012 at his home.
Mr. Hawkins, son of the late Wilber Hawkins and wife Evelyn nee Swoboda was born January 12, 1948 in St. Clair.
On January 21, 1982 he was united in marriage to Mona Helms in St. Clair.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilber and Evelyn Hawkins; one brother, Wayne Leroy Hawkins and one sister, Joyce Lee Hawkins.
Mr. Hawkins is survived by his wife Mona Hawkins of Leslie; two sons, Michael Hawkins Jr. and wife Jessica of Leslie and Ricky Hawkins and wife Sheena of St. Clair; two daughters, Mary Hawkins of Gerald and Cindy Hines and husband Matthew of Minnesota; one sister, Linda Helms and husband Norman Jr. of Union; four grandchildren, Abby (Hawkins) Vancil, Brett Hawkins, Emma Hawkins Annah Hawkins plus one on the way; other relatives and many friends.
