Jessie Lea (Moore) Bush, 80, of St. Clair, MO passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 5:58 p.m. at St. Clair Nursing Center in St. Clair, MO.

Mrs. Bush, daughter of the late Hillen Moore and wife Mabel was born September 20, 1929 in Oscar, Kentucky.

On January 1, 1949 she was united in marriage to Peter M. Bush in Cairo, Illinois.

Mrs. Bush was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by four sons, Peter Bush and wife Sherry of Festus, MO, Phillip Bush of St. Clair, MO, James Bush and wife Catherine of Rolla, MO and Randall Bush and wife Zina of Union, MO; three daughters, Karen Marquart and husband Rick of Washington, MO, Carol Kachadorian and husband Michael of St. Clair, MO and Nita Jo Smith and husband Mike of Wickliffe, Kentucky; one brother, Robert “Bob” Moore and wife Marilyn of Ohio; two sisters, Lottye (Moore) Coolidge and husband Bill of Kevil, Kentucky and Addie Mae (Moore) Gay of La Center, Kentucky; thirteen grandchildren, Pete Bush, Dawn Bush, Laura Kasten, Kristopher Kachadorian, Cindi Bertelsmeyer, Kenny Kachadorian, Phillip Allen Bush, Mandi Snyder, Bradley Bush, Jamie Bush, Erick Bush, Craig Smith and Allie Marquart; 17 great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.



She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter M. “Pappy” Bush; her parents, Hillen and Mabel Clary Moore; four brothers; Joe Moore, Leonard Moore, James Howard Moore and Clarence Moore; one sister, Ellen Stafford.

Visitation will be held 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Midlawn Funeral Home, Union, MO. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. on Saturday March 6, 2010 at Midlawn Funeral Home, Union, MO with Pastor Bill Savage officiating. Interment at Midlawn Memorial Gardens, Union, MO.
