A. Emogene “Jean” Tucker, 81, died in comfort and peace at her home in Victorville, California with her children, grandchildren and friends at her side on November 3, 2009.

Mrs. Tucker was born in Maries County, Missouri on June 3, 1928, the daughter of Steve Q. Bade and his wife Ruth Irma Bade.

Mrs. Tucker and her husband owned and operated the Bade Shoe Store in Union for many years.

She was a member at the First Baptist Church in St. Clair.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip F. Tucker; her father, Steve Q. Bade at age of 90; her mother, Ruth Irma Bade at age of 83; her bother, Clyde David Bade, at age of 3 months.

She is survived by two sons, Douglas Crites and wife Nan of Apple Valley, California, Michael Crites and wife Laura of Victorville, California; one daughter, Dana Ramirez husband Mario of Victorville, California; one bother, Kenneth Bade of Kankakee, Illinois; six grandchildren, Alonzo Daniel and wife Dorothy of Highland, California, Rich Daniel and wife Kris of Victorville, California, Natalie Mimless and husband Justin of Highland Ranch, Colorado, Nicolette Johnson and husband Todd of Cimmeron, Colorado and Cozette Crites of Cimmeron, Colorado, her great-grandchildren, Alyssa Daniel, Alonzo Daniel Jr., Zach Daniel, Zoey Daniel, Taylor Mimless, Delaney Mimless, Everette Johnson and Annabelle Johnson, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held 10:00 to 12:00 noon on Monday, November 9, 2009 at Midlawn Funeral Home, Union. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, November 9, 2009 at Midlawn Funeral Home, Union with Pastor Phil Turner officiating. Interment at Midlawn Memorial Gardens, Union.
